A new customer came to us last week, and as we were discussing his needs with him, we asked him about some of his other accounts.  Now, this driver had been using another service, but he was under the impression that he no longer needed a NY HUT account, "since they did away with it".  Well, imagine his surprise when we let him know the only thing they did away with was the requirement to have it with you!
